Hello!

Dr. Julie Loppacher is the Director of the Kortschak Center for Learning and Creativity at the University of Southern California, where she is also an Adjunct Professor in the Rossier School of Education. A self-proclaimed student of life, Dr. Loppacher leads with energy and enthusiasm in everything that she does. Inspired by her own struggles as a student Dr. Loppacher works tirelessly to help educators unlock their student's potential. Throughout her career Dr. Loppacher has developed a reputation as a passionate, equity driven educator at the intersection between learning, accessibility, and advocacy for students with disabilities, her day to day work is driven by asking the question how else can that be done? In 2022 Julie was recognized by the Association for Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) for her commitment to supporting students with disabilities at USC.

Outside of the classroom Dr. Loppacher can be found on the beaches or in the mountains with her pack of rescue dogs and her amazing wife, Gina.
